Brain Longevity Seminar Series
The Brain Longevity Seminar Series was a three-part educational program hosted by Amy Di Lillo at Willcutt Commons in Cohasset, Massachusetts, and sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation (ARPF). The series focused on the “4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention®,” offering attendees evidence-based strategies to support cognitive health and healthy aging.
In the final session on March 9, 2020, Dr. Janine Crifasi presented “Exercise and the Power of Community,” highlighting how physical activity strengthens both the brain and body to help protect against cognitive decline.
